Did These "Best Picture" Winners Deserve The Oscar?

There has been much controversy and division over the years regarding "Best Picture" winners at the Oscars. Over the years, the Academy has faced serious backlash at times. For reference, at the 83rd Oscars The King's Speech won "Best Picture" over The Social Network, causing a whirlwind of emotions, mostly shock (and not the congratulatory kind). Or, remember the time Shakespeare In Love won over Saving Private Ryan, leaving many people outraged? Then how about when Citizen Kane lost to How Green Was My Valley?
