Quick Start Guide

Get Started Booking Appointments

1) Manage Business 

'Settings > Company Settings' section from dashboard sidebar you can add your own branding to set your own logo, business name, phone, address etc.


2) Manage Business working hours

'Chambers' section from dashboard sidebar you can add, edit, delete chambers. 


3) Manage Staffs 


'Staffs' section from dashboard sidebar you can add, edit, delete Staffs.



4) Manage Services 

'Services' section from dashboard sidebar you can add, edit, delete Services.



5) Manage Customers

'Customers' section from dashboard sidebar you can add, edit, delete Customers.


6) Manage Coupons

'Coupons' section from dashboard sidebar you can add, edit, delete Coupons.


7) Manage Appointments 

'Appointments' section from dashboard sidebar you can add, edit, delete Appointments.




8) Booking Page

After setting up the above information, your business page will look like this




9) Booking an Appointment

From your booking page, customers can book your services by clicking the Booking button, here are all the steps








10) Manage Profile

Add your information and upload a photo.




12) Staff Panel

Staff can access only selected features or All features which are assigned by the user.
Staff can access appointments for the assigning services, they can change the appointment status from their panel. 


13) Customer Panel

All Upcoming appointments will be showing in there

14) Twillo SMS Integration

Step 1: Obtain API Keys

Login to your Twilio account and go to the dashboard home page to get api keys for site integration


Step 2: Set API Keys

Login as admin go to settings > Twillo SMS settings from the left sidebar and paste your keys in those fields and update it.



15) Change Password (Staff & Customer)


✓  Change Password: From Staff & Customer Panel > Change Password options, you can update your password here.
